Privacy Policy
Last updated August 18, 2026
This policy explains what information LamGig handles across the website and its three available products, why we use it, and the choices available to visitors, businesses, and their customers.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how LamGig, Inc. ("LamGig," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit lamgig.com, submit a request, communicate with us, become a customer, use the LamGig customer dashboard or services, or interact with a business that uses LamGig.
LamGig provides three connected products for small businesses: Digital Presence, Online Commerce, and Smart Engagement. This policy covers the personal information used to market, set up, operate, support, and improve those products. A business using LamGig may provide its own privacy notice for information it collects from its customers.
2. Information we collect
Contact and lead information. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit, including your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, business type, product interests, and the content of your communications.
Customer and setup information. If you become a customer, we may collect account contacts, billing details, business locations, logos, photos, menus, product or service lists, prices, availability, policies, domains, app-store details, marketing preferences, and other information needed to configure and support your services.
Commerce and engagement information. Depending on the products used, LamGig may process orders, bookings, payment status, memberships, subscriptions, loyalty activity, customer profiles, communication preferences, and email or SMS activity. Payment card details are handled by payment processors. LamGig does not need to store full payment card numbers.
Device and usage information. Our servers receive information normally sent with a web request, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, and date and time. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also collects information about visits, page interactions, referring pages, and approximate location derived from IP address.
3. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, from a LamGig customer that asks us to provide services, automatically from browsers and devices, and from service providers or platforms you choose to connect, such as payment processors, app stores, domain providers, commerce tools, or communications providers.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through the demo request form. We will request additional information through an appropriate channel if it is needed to provide a service.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to requests, evaluate fit, set up and provide LamGig services, process transactions and bookings, support customer engagement, manage billing, communicate about an account, maintain and secure our systems, troubleshoot problems, improve our services, and comply with law.
We may use business contact information to send product news or marketing where permitted by law. A demo request asks us to respond to that request. It does not require you to agree to unrelated marketing.
5. Customer and end-user information
When a business uses LamGig to serve its customers, that business decides what information to collect and how to use it for its business. LamGig processes that information to provide the requested ordering, booking, payment, loyalty, messaging, and support functions, and as otherwise described in this policy and the applicable customer agreement.
LamGig customers are responsible for giving their customers required notices, honoring their choices, and having a lawful basis for information and communications they send to LamGig. Privacy questions about a particular business should usually be directed to that business first.
6. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
LamGig stores your analytics choice in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it. Google Analytics does not load unless you select Allow analytics. If allowed, Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies, such as cookies beginning with _ga, to distinguish visits and measure site usage.
We keep Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization permissions denied. If you decline analytics, we do not load the Google Analytics tag. If you later withdraw consent, we switch analytics off, remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies, and reload the page so the previously loaded tag is no longer running.
You can review or change your choice at any time through Analytics preferences in the footer. We also honor an active Global Privacy Control signal by keeping analytics off, even if the browser previously stored an analytics choice of allowed.
7. How we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers that help us run and secure LamGig, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, communications, support, domain, app-store, and commerce providers. For this website, those providers include Resend for delivery of demo requests and Google Analytics only when allowed.
We may also disclose information when you direct us to, to complete a requested integration, to comply with law or legal process, to protect LamGig, our customers, or others, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. A successor would receive information subject to this policy unless it gives legally required notice of a change.
8. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
LamGig does not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use this website for targeted advertising.
Connected Growth is a future roadmap capability and is not currently part of the services for sale. LamGig will update its notices and provide any choices required by law before using personal information for a materially different network, referral, shared-reward, or joint-promotion purpose.
9. Data retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to a request, provide and secure services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. The period depends on the type and sensitivity of the information, the length of the customer relationship, legal requirements, and whether the information is needed for security or dispute resolution.
An analytics choice remains in local storage until you change it or clear site data. Retention of analytics data and cookies is also controlled by our Google Analytics settings and Google's applicable controls.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission, storage, or security is guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
11. Your choices and privacy rights
You can decline analytics, change analytics preferences, unsubscribe from marketing messages, and ask us to update your business contact details. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may also have rights to know or access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to limit or object to certain processing.
To make a privacy request, email hello@lamgig.com with the subject "Privacy request" and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent and may appeal a decision by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
12. International visitors
LamGig is based in the United States and is currently offered to United States businesses. If you access the site from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
13. Children's privacy
LamGig is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to LamGig, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as LamGig changes. We will post the updated version here, revise the Last updated date, and provide additional notice when required by law or when a change materially affects how we use personal information.
15. Contact
Questions, privacy requests, and complaints can be sent to LamGig, Inc. at hello@lamgig.com.
